Cingular Push to Talk Coming Soon
October 8th, 2005Cingular wireless will soon make Push to Talk services available to its 50 million plus customers. Cingular will also introduce 2 new PTT compatible handsets in its initial launch. The Samsung SGH-D357 and LG F7200 (F7200 manual .pdf format) will be supporting the PTT application provided by Kodiak Networks. AT&T Wireless had begun development of its own Push to Talk network prior to its 2004 acquisition. Cingular wireless plans an aggressive launch, boasting the largest Push to Talk Network available from any provider, with in the next coming weeks.
