Effective today, SK-EarthLink, Inc. becomes HELIO, Inc., a new mobile brand custom built for young, tech-savvy consumers. The company is a $440 million joint venture between SK Telecom , one of the world’s most advanced wireless carriers, and EarthLink , a next-generation Internet service provider.
