Verizon XV6700 Revealed

Verizon Wireless insiders (typically insiders are employees) have revealed top secret information regarding two new Windows Mobile handhelds. The Samsung SCH I830 (pictured at right) is a Quad Band world phone with dual mode GSM/CDMA capabilities offering features such as; Bluetooth, Windows Mobile 2003 2nd edition and GPS. The XV 6700 (a.k.a. HTC Apache) (pictured below), is supporting Windows Mobile 5.0, Bluetooth, horizontal sliding keyboard, GPS and the added feature of the 1.3 mega-pixel camera.
The Samsung SCH I830 is expected to release January 10th for business sales and the 24th for retail consumers. Be prepared to lay out some hefty money for this Smartphone, $699.99 is the 2 year contract subsidized price. The XV6700 is set for an earlier launch of January 5th for business and the 19th for retail, with a price tag of $399.99 for a 2 year agreement.
