Cingular Wireless and Research In Motion (RIM) announced plans today to release the BlackBerry 7130c later this week. With the release of the 7130c Cingular plans to debut a new BlackBerry specific rate plan to attract new customers. The new BlackBerry Personal Plan from Cingular offers customers direct and easy access to their Internet e-mail accounts for as low as $29.99 per month. The plan is designed solely for use with the newly enhanced BlackBerry Internet Service (note: this plan excludes access to BlackBerry Enterprise Server).
