Alltel Releases PN218 from Pantech

Alltel recently announced availability of the PN-218 from Pantech Wireless. The PN-218 is similar in form and function as the C300 available from Cingular Wireless. The PN-218 offers a widescreen, full-color display, VGA camera, built-in speakerphone, and voice-activated dialing. It has BREW 2.1, enabling users to download games and ringtones and more. In addition, it is equipped with Axcess Web, which enables users to explore the Internet, as well as Axcess Text Messaging and Axcess Picture Messaging.
The PN-218 is available from Alltel for $49.99 after a $40 mail-in rebate, and a new two-year service agreement.
