We’re gratified J.D. Power and Associates has shown that America’s largest wireless network consistently delivers the high-quality service that our customers expect and deserve. Alltel’s network is designed to provide the best call quality possible, and we have a great deal of confidence in it. In fact, we’re so confident that we give customers an automatic one-minute credit for any call dropped on the Alltel network.
In addition to its automatic credit for dropped calls, Alltel has made two other unique commitments to customers. Alltel gives customers the flexibility to change rate plans whenever they want to without extending their contracts. And it empowers customers to make and receive unlimited free calls to and from the 10 numbers that matter most to them through its industry-leading “My Circle” feature.
